Browse & Select: Choose products, colors, and quantities — add them to your inquiry cart. 2 . Submit Customization (Optional): Upload any custom color, size, or design specifications. 3. Upload Floor Plans (Optional): If available, you can also upload layout plans to help us visualize your space. 4 . Add Details: Let us know your shipping address, preferred timeline, and any other requests. 5 . Submit Inquiry: Once submitted, you’ll receive a tailored quote within 24 hours.

Can I request material samples before placing an order?Yes. We’re happy to provide samples so you can feel confident in your selection.

What is your order process?Once all order details are confirmed, we follow this streamlined process: 1. CAD Confirmation: We’ll create a detailed CAD drawing for your review and approval. 2. Production Timeline: Manufacturing takes about 7–15 days, depending on the order size. 3. Final Review & Shipping: We’ll send you photos of the completed items before arranging shipment. 4. Logistics & Documentation: Around 10 days after loading, you’ll receive all shipping documents. 5. Delivery: Typically, delivery to your destination port takes 30–40 days. Final customs clearance and last-mile delivery take an additional 7–10 days, depending on your region.
